1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card and payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Products and Custom Manufacturing

TAKEKO LEATHER manufactures and sells premium leather goods, including headwear (Top Hats, Cowboy Hats), leather bags (Laptop bags, Duffle bags, Backpacks, Crossbody bags), apparel and gear (Leather Chaps, Leather Belts), and natural home furnishings (Cowhide Rugs).

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because our items utilize genuine leather and natural cowhides, slight variations in texture, natural markings, and color tone are inherent characteristics of raw leather and unique to each piece.

  • Modifications and Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

  • Custom and Bulk Orders: For custom manufacturing or bulk wholesale orders processed from our facilities in Sialkot, Pakistan, separate production and sales agreements outlining Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), deposit requirements, and specific design approvals may apply and will override these general terms where noted.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

 

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

4. Shipping, Customs, and International Deliveries

Because we operate from our manufacturing hub in Sialkot, Pakistan, and ship globally:

  • Shipping Timelines: Shipping and dispatch dates provided are estimates. We are not responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or international logistics issues.

  • Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, the buyer/recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage fees applicable in the destination country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our refund and exchange policy is governed by our official Return Policy.

  • Standard catalog items in unused, original condition may be eligible for returns or exchanges within a specified timeframe from delivery.

  • Custom, Personalized, or Wholesale Production Runs: Due to the bespoke nature of these products, custom-manufactured orders, personalized items, and wholesale bulk shipments are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website and digital storefronts—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, brand names (including "TAKEKO LEATHER"), images, and digital layouts—is the exclusive property of TAKEKO LEATHER and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products, designs, or website content without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall TAKEKO LEATHER, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or artisans be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages—arising from your use of any of our services or any products procured using our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.
